You don't have to worry about collectibles outside of Ace Chemicals, as they are part of the open world. Just analyze the three bears and go inside to start the mission.

The first collectible is after you defeat the giant red hood enemy and go down the elevator.

Once the elevator is down, turn around and look to the right to head towards you.

Glide across the gap in the middle of the floor, and you'll find a WayneTech cache.

Once you make the big fan and cross the big gap, you'll find this Ace card sitting in the left corner of the giant spinning vat.

There is a button to press on the door, but you may want to ignore it for now. Instead, continue on the walkway to the right of the button to find a railing you can walk on.

Use Jim Gordon's gum gun to block the pipe, and then enter through the vent to find the WayneTech cache.
Ace card number 2

After entering the room via the button, you will have a large fan to deactivate. However, ignore it for now.

Look to the left to find a ledge you can grab with your grapple gun, and follow the stairs to find the Ace card of a bear having a tea party.

Once you can access the ventilation shaft, glide so you'll be much higher up.

Turn around and use the batarang to hit the target, which will deactivate the fan and allow you to drop down to grab the WayneTech cache.

You can turn the fan back on via the button below.

Once you've used your glide to get to the top of the ventilation shaft, look up the vent to find an Ace card that you can destroy.

After the ventilation shaft, you'll enter a large room full of enemies. Stick to the left path to find this WayneTech cache.
Red Brick #1 (Toxic Waste)

There is a long corridor with a glass floor, where you can see enemies partying. Once you exit the glass floor hallway, look to the right to enter the ventilation shaft.

You need to use Jim Gordon's gum gun on the green ooze leaking holes, then use Batman's grapple gun to pull the lever, then use Jim's gum gun to grab the red brick.
Ace Card #4

There is a long sequence where you have to dodge rockets from the Red Hood One and chase him.

After this sequence, you'll end up in a room with an elevator and safety glass.

You can find this Ace card in the back right corner.
WayneTech Cache #5

The facility begins to disintegrate thanks to Red Hood One, and you can continue to follow him until you reach a section where the path ahead is blocked by fire.

Instead of deactivating the fire with the blue pipes, look left and grab the railing, where you can then pull the panel to find the last WayneTech cache.
Ace card number 5

Continue forward, and you'll encounter the Red Hood One again, who will shoot a rocket at you before letting go.

Inside this room, enter the small room to the right of the blue pipe and follow it to get the final Ace Card.
