So far, the MMA version of Rain God Zaza's diving abilities have only been shown in One Piece chapters 1182 and 1183. Not much has been revealed about the role played by Rain God Jaza in the past in Zero Century. The only thing we know so far is that all the Celestial Dragons fear the Rain God Zaza, and this is because they exist above the clouds, and something beyond their control, such as a natural disaster, scares them to no end. The Rain God, who showers the lower world with great quantities of rain and flood water, is a great fear to them.

The details of their encounter from the past are currently unclear, but since they have fought in the past, it is very likely that their encounter took place during the Zero Century.
