South Park, Fortnite crossover is coming, per leaker

Just when you thought Fortnite's collaborations or crossovers might be over, something leaks, proving that IPs aren't close to running out for the live-service battle royale meets Metaverse feature. After key art for an upcoming crossover with The Simpsons leaked online, the next crossover is reportedly another fan-favorite adult animated series, South Park.

Sam Leakes, a trusted Fortnite insider, Kenny, Stan, Kyle and Cartman and maybe Butters' team and maybe Butters too will make their Fortnite debut in the near future.

Of course, with how popular South Park is, it's highly unlikely that the core group of four will be the only introduced characters. Because let's be real, there's no way a Fortnite collab isn't going to include Randy.

That said, perhaps the biggest question is how Cartman, Kyle, or whoever else will actually work since they're nearly 3-feet tall.

There are a few ways that South Park could work in Fortnite

If the South Park collaboration is to be real, Epic Games will have something on their hands when it comes to making sure everything works from a gameplay standpoint given the character's height and small hitboxes.

Already, one gamer has thought of a solution, and it's a low-key genius — what if the guys are all standing on top of each other in trench coats, and you just swap the most visible character on top?

That's probably the most logical way to go about things, but how about this – skins in Fortnite are based on their anime versions. You still get all four characters, but don't have to worry about any potential in-game issues.

Fortnite has had enough collaborations that the most interesting thing about a potential South Park crossover isn't that South Park is coming, but rather understanding how the characters will work.
