Damom used his special abilities to his advantage
Universe 4
Although the Tournament of Power featured the strongest characters from each universe battling it out, many universes still had certain characters who used cheap parlor tricks to get the better of their opponents, with Universe 4 especially coming to mind. As such, the best fighter among their ranks was Damom.
Like most others in Universe 4, Dammam had tricks up his sleeve rather than brute force. Damom was incredibly small and almost invisible to the naked eye, which he used to his advantage by knocking many powerful characters off the stage, including Piccolo himself.

Ribrian was a powerful warrior with a grueling strength
Universe 2
One of the most memorable figures in the entire Tournament of Power was Universe 2's Rebryan, though not for a particularly good reason in the eyes of many. His powers were very powerful, but his powers and subsequent transformations were very annoying to many fans.
He is remembered as a standout versatile character of the tournament, mostly due to his constant chatter and 'power of love'. Despite this, she was the strongest in her universe and her overall strength was quite strong, as Android 18 managed to defeat her for good.

Kefla proved her immense power as a fusion
From: Universe 6
Although there is debate among many fans of the series about the strongest character from Universe 6, Kefla's performance during the Tournament of Power was definitely the most impressive. Due to the fusion between the two powerful Saiyans, Kefla's powers allowed him to fight many powerful enemies.

Frieza is the strongest being in the multiverse
From: Universe 7

After discovering a hyperbolic time chamber on a random planet he conquered, Frieza underwent 10-years of training to make the most of his incredible abilities. The result was a transformation so powerful that he managed to one-shot Goku and Vegeta in their strongest states, proving that even Ultra Instinct or Ultra Ego was not enough to take him on at his current stage.
