PlayStation Network servers are currently down, locking out thousands of users from digital content and online services on the platform. The PlayStation network outage may be related to an Amazon Web Services outage in the early hours of July 24. Although Amazon has confirmed that all AWS connectivity issues have been resolved, PSN is still down for over four hours.

According to the Network Status Indicator on the PlayStation website, all services are currently experiencing issues, including PlayStation Store, PlayStation Video, Account Management, Gaming and Social, and PlayStation Direct. Users are reporting that they are unable to complete purchases on the PS Store or download games from their PlayStation library. Sony has not provided any updates on when these services will be online.
