Once she controls all of these to perfection and meets the requirements for a perfect domain expansion, Megumi should be able to rival Yuuji in terms of power.

On top of that, Sukuna's moves are imprinted on her body meaning Megumi will be able to fight better than ever. Added to that is the possibility that he will inherit the shrine, and if this is indeed the case, there's no denying the fact that he could actually surpass even Yuji and become the strongest modern mage, possibly getting close.
