ZA gave me a great reason to replay it

have played Pokemon Legends: ZA For a long time due to a few factors: It came out at a time when I really wanted a new one Pokemon A game to play, I enjoyed the competitive live battles a lot, it had a limited Pokédex that motivated me to hunt down the full shiny, and it introduced several new Mega Evolutions. Of my 685+ hours in the game, I think I spent at least 300 shiny hunting, and I'd say another 20 or so resetting my donuts in hope since the DLC came out. Even after so much time Pokemon Legends: ZAI didn't finish everything it had to offer, especially some of the DLC quests, the DLC Pokedex, and some legendary or legendary quests.

Recently, I returned to the game to get specials Pokemon Legends: ZA For the mega float Pokemon ChampionsI hadn't finished grinding through Infinite ZA Royale for Challenger Tickets. I thought I would eventually go back to Zeraora and Mega Zeraora, Marsado, Magerna, and other Legendary or Mythical Pokemon favorites, but apparently, that time has come. today, Pokemon Legends: ZA A new promotion was released that allows you to get shiny volcanoes on Pokemon, though not without effort.

Want to catch them all? This is how you find all legendary and legendary Pokemon in Legends: ZA

Pokemon Legends: ZA's Mega Dimension DLC brings back many legendary and legendary Pokemon, and here's how to catch them all.

You can get Shiny Volcano in Pokemon Legends: ZA, but there's a catch

The problem is that you can only get inside the glowing volcano Pokemon homeAnd to do that, you have to fulfill Pokemon Legends: ZA's Pokédex, its Mega Evolution Pokédex, and the Hyperspace Pokédex. It's not exactly easy, and even though I finished the base game's pokedex, I'm only halfway through the DLC. I focused on getting all the pokemon I wanted first and hunted the shiny right away, so I didn't have to do it later. I'm glad I did, but it took me a little too long for my taste, and I eventually stopped grinding for the rest of the species.

Now, I'm booting myself Pokemon Legends: ZA Again a week later I got the Eternal Flower Float and its Mega Stone, and I'm not exactly happy about the state of my Pokedex. I've caught 97 out of 132 Pokemon, but most of what I'm missing comes from special scans, like the ones that allow you to get Latios and Latias and other shiny legendaries. Pokemon Legends: ZA. Not only that, but these are Pokemon that I have registered in the Pokédex, not necessarily ones that I have in the game.

The reason this is important is that Pokemon home The promotion to get Glowing Volcano only applies if you meet the following criteria:

  • You need to have an A Pokemon home Account linked to your Switch games

  • You need to have Pokemon home App on mobile

  • yours Pokemon home Accounts must be linked on Switch and Mobile

  • You must have registered all species Pokemon Legends: ZAis in the pokedex Pokemon homeThis means you have to transfer each Pokemon in the Pokédex at least once individually, and they have to be from. Pokemon Legends: ZA Basically for this to work

  • Repeat the process for the Hyperspace Pokedex in Pokemon Legends: ZADLC of

  • Make sure you have all the Mega Evolutions Pokemon Legends: ZA And its DLC Mega Evolution is unlocked in the game to complete the Pokédex once transferred to the respective Pokemon. Pokemon home

Getting a glowing volcano in a Pokemon home is a huge grind

The bottom line is, after I've completed the base game's Pokedex and a good portion of the DLC Pokedex, I don't have one Pokemon per species in my boxes for the entire base game's Pokedex and DLC, so even the mons I've already caught, I have to catch again for this purpose. This makes glowing volcanoes a bit of a chore if you don't already have all the Pokemon, and it can be especially problematic for special scan Pokemon in the DLC.

However, this is the first time since the introduction of the volcano that it can be achieved in a luminous form. Shiny-locked Pokemon, unfortunately, are still a thing, and many critters remain without a shiny form in the series. Now, fans can check off an item outside of the list, but inside the more shiny-locked Pokémon Scarlet and purple And earlier games also remain, the most notorious being the Victini. I'm looking forward to partially finishing the pokedex Pokemon Legends: ZA Now, but I'm not very happy with the grind that will need to transfer a sample of each species in this game and its DLC.
