Legacy of the Dark Knight

In LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight the red brick works a little differently; Instead of offering game-changing extras like 10x studs and one-hit kill melee attacks, they unlock color palettes for each character and vehicle, allowing you to further customize the Bat-family.

There are a total of 23 to find, but only 14 in the main story. The rest is purchased from various Bat-Mite stores in Gotham City (and in the Batcave), and will set you back anywhere between 15,000 and 50,000 studs.

Found in every red brick mission

The red brick at the foot of your ball machine test in LEGO Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight.

the ninja	Intrusion Fire the ballista, climb up the ledge, and drop onto the cliff. Crawl through the hole in the wall, place the books on two of the pressure plates and stand with your co-op partner on the other two.
marine	A new beginning At the end of the mission, in the building on the left. Accessed through a skylight.
Filthy rich	Carmine Falcone The VIP Lounge Vault is accessed by entering the code '596'.
toxic waste	The Red Hood Gang At the end of the corridor above the partying Red Hood goons, enter the room to the right through the hole in the wall. Stop the leak with Jim Gordon's foam gun until the red brick fires from the other side.
the cat	Mimes To the right of the Shrecks sign, complete the minigame to reveal a red brick.
Gothic	penguin Dispatch the waddle of explosive penguins and crawl through the hole in the wall. Use your spy vision in the next room to find a hidden vent under a fish crate. Replace the yellow umbrella with the red umbrella on the pedestal, whip the dial until it hits the cage, and then stand on the pressure plate.
the artist	Flugelheim After sending the cat through the vent to open the gate to the clown bust, climb over the desk and around the room to another vent, which leads to the rafters above.
Showbiz	the clown Grapple to the window to the right of the second and third floats. Inside, pull the TV halfway between the bench and the shelves and then head towards the vent with the cat. Crawl into the next room, where a red brick is found.
the clown	Two-faced Jump into the Test Your Strength machine in the Ring of Fire and throw the Birdarang at all three targets.
power plant	The Kite Man Open the door to the balcony at the beginning of the level. Use the cable launcher to pull the fuse in the fuse box, then insert the battle staff into the console to raise the central platform. Have your co-op partner jump on the fan. Once in the air, lower the platform again as Robin to reach the red brick.
flower power	poison ivy At the double doors with a grapple point, turn left to find a red brick encased in glass. Place the green plant on the left pressure pad, and the red plant on the right.
Fire Breather	Firefly Before entering the space exhibit, turn right to find four projectors displayed in a sphere. Turn the valve on each projector until the image shown on all of them is of Mars, and the sphere will open, revealing a red brick.
ice age	Mr. Freeze After Nightwing joins the party (and Batman turns into Ice Cube), look in the outer ring of the arena to find three switchboards. However, one is trapped behind the neck. Throw the hackrong at the panel above to clear it. Then, as Nightwing, throw the birdarang at the three switchboards to open the glass box, dropping the red brick.
the bat	The League of Shadows returns After exiting the subway, head in the opposite direction of the stairs towards Bane Tumblers. Use the War Staff to charge the garbage truck, and then throw the Hackarang at the terminal to drive it forward, giving you cover to grab the red brick.

The rest are red bricks Cycle through the Bat-Mite shop on the podium ahead Where you can also purchase a rotating display of costumes for the seven characters on the roster. Bat-Mite will tell you when the store is restocked With new gear, so always make sure to check it if you have some spare studs.
