New Ambruzzo The weapons introduced in the Third Sin DLC follow a similar system with 19 Traces of Embrujo Hidden in the realms of expansion. The guide below covers every upgrade location needed to fully enhance the weapon and unlock the Ambruzzo of the Flame trophy/achievement.
It is important to note that many of these collectibles require further progress through DLC. You need to clear the Purple Mist, and get the ring that unlocks the Red Crest Gates before some locations become accessible. The specific location information below can also assume that you have unlocked specific shortcuts. If you haven't, you can explore the surrounding areas from alternate routes to uncover them first.

All the signs Ambruzzo places on Blasphemus II

From Pri Due Inn in between The interior of the stoneGo into the room on the left. Drop down and go left to find a ring above you in the middle of the room. Press it and return to the right side of the room via the bottom passage. You now need to get to the top left corner, where the first upgrade is located.
When you hit the bell a second time, attack down and return to the grapple point you came from. Wait a second for the next set of grapple points to appear before proceeding.

Return to the same temple and climb the stairs this time. In the next room, you need to exit through the top left exit, so make your way around the room and use the grapple points to get there. In the next room climb the ladder and go left all the way.
You'll find an upgrade, but it's locked behind a gate. Go down to the right and leave the path to the left. When you reach the room where the enemy drops in on you, go up and take the first path to the right to find a red crest gate. Open it and proceed through the room, using all your weapons to reach the other side. Once you do, you can collect the second upgrade.

Return to the same temple, climb the stairs and take the right path this time. In the next room, continue straight and then head down. Once you reach the area with the two enemies that drop from above, leave behind the grapple points to find Ambruzzo's Mark.

From the same Prie Dieu, climb down the stairs and head right. In the next room, leave through the passage on the left and drop down to an area where a mini-boss version of Darbon can be found.
Ignore the enemy and climb the ladder in the middle of the room. Go right, go down, and follow the grapple points to reach an upgrade. Don't forget to climb the next ladder. Instead, just dash through the small gap in the pillar.

From the previous collection point, return to the mini-boss area, go right, and drop down to enter the room on your right. This is a statue room that you have already completed. Continue right and climb the ladder to find the fifth upgrade.
Keep in mind that if this is your first time visiting this area, you will need to approach it from the east side of the Stone Entrails.

After picking up the previous collectible, continue right until you encounter some enemies. On the first platform in this area, slide to the right to reach a small hidden area containing Ambruzzo's Mark.

From the temple Occupied HallsGo right until you reach an elevator room with a red crest gate. Open it and continue further right.
When you reach a large open room with platforms suspended in the air, stand on them and double jump then dash to the right to find a grapple point that leads to an upgrade.

After collecting the previous upgrade, continue right and start making your way through the area. Keep climbing until you reach a room where you can use grapple points to reach an upgrade located next to a switch.

From Prie Dieu in between The geometry of knowledgeHead left and open the Red Crest Gate. There is an enemy encounter inside, and after it is completed, you can collect the Mark of Embrujo.

Return to the temple, climb the stairs, and head right. Push the movable shelf that acts as a ladder to the left and drop through the upper left exit. In the next room, press the bell and make your way to find an upgrade.

From the previous collection, head down and exit to the left. In the next room, do the same and continue left. Reach out once Trembling of limbsStart making your way down. Soon, you'll find a staircase leading to Ambruzzo's Mark. There is also a switch next to it that lowers the shortcut ladder.

Return to Prie Dieu, head left, and go down the long steep room. Enter the room on the right, push the movable shelf to the right, and climb it. Then, use the grapple points to reach the opposite side of the room where the upgrade is located.

From the previous collection, exit to the bottom left where the movable shelf was originally placed. Continue left until you reach a room where you can find a Red Crest Gate. Go through it and make your way across the room until you find the switch that opens the gates blocking Ambruzzo's Mark.

From east temple in organ vibrato, head left. In the elevator room, drop to the right to land on the raised platform.

Go back to where you dropped down and continue left to the western side of the area. After passing through the room where only the silhouette of your character is visible and where you have to fight two mini-bosses at once, you will come to the Mark of Ambruzzo.

From the western Prie Dieu in The Vibrating of Organs, head left until you reach a large open room featuring multiple platforms connected by chains and grapple points. Upgrades can be found around the middle left section of the room.

From the temple in the middle of this area, the same place where you get the ring that opens the Red Crest gates, start making your way right. In the next room, go all the way down. After climbing down the stairs, you will find Ambruzzo's sign on the left.

After collecting the previous upgrade, climb back up and continue right. Once you pass through the large open room, you will reach another room full of enemies. Here, you'll find a shortcut ladder and an upgrade located on the far right.

From the previous collectible, leave the top right path and continue right past the Red Crest Gate. Soon, you'll reach another large open room. The last sign of Embrujo can be found on your bottom left side.
How to unlock Embrujo's second tier upgrades in Blasphemous 2
The second set of upgrades on Embrujo's weapons page can't be unlocked just by collecting Embrujo points. To gain access to them, you must first find the final level upgrade.
From the western Prie Dieu in The Vibrating of the Organs, head right and immediately drop into the next room. Leave the path to the right to reach a room with two bells and several grapple points that allow you to cross to the other side.
Once you're past it, enter the next room to find a second-tier upgrade for Embrujo. Unlocking it grants access to many powerful upgrades that were previously unavailable.
