Unfortunately, details are very sparse, so we'll have to wait and see if Dante will be making his Fortnite debut.
There are three inevitabilities in life – death, taxes, and Fortnite support. Fortnite has had some pretty weird crossovers lately, from Skibby Toilet, to Mariah Carey, to Cyberpunk 2077, and the game doesn't look like it's slowing down anytime soon.
We're less than two weeks into 2025, but we're already hearing whispers of some interesting collaborations on the horizon. Previously, it was claimed by Fortnite insiders that several Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles skins were on the way, including Casey Jones and Bebop, while others are now claiming that Devil May Cry collaborations are in the works.
Fortnite insiders claim that a Devil May Cry collab is coming
Fortnite insiders Loolo_WRLD and Wensoing are two insiders who claim that Devil May Cry is coming to Fortnite (a hint then amplified by reliable insider Shina). Both are fairly high-profile and have been accurate in the past, though details on this particular crossover are still sparse. All that's claimed is that a crossover is “coming soon,” so we'll have to wait a while before we get anything concrete.

CD Projekt Red developer explains why Male V wasn't in Cyberpunk's Fortnite collab
The somewhat controversial absence of Male V from Fortnite has finally been explained.
If it is real, we can almost certainly assume that a Dante skin will be included, possibly with someone like Virgil or Nero. There are several iconic weapons from the series that would also make good crossover items, so it's not out of the realm of possibility. We also know that Capcom has heavily supported Fortnite in the past, with Street Fighter and Resident Evil crossovers, so they're clearly in touch.
As for what else we might see in Fortnite in the future, the game's latest player survey was released the other day, and it included The Simpsons, Kingdom Hearts, Red Dead Redemption, and even Pokemon. Suddenly, Devil May Cry doesn't sound so far-fetched now, does it?
Starting life as a tower defense game, Fortnite has become one of the biggest video games out there. Its battle royale mode has dominated popular culture, with concerts featuring megastar musicians and crossovers with every brand imaginable, from Marvel to the NFL.
