in From eternity to eternityHeaven's Forsaken Anomaly Commission requires you to defeat three fish anomalies called Tides of Misfortune on the roof of a tall building in the New Herland District.

The main difficulty in completing this anomaly commission lies in actually reaching the ceiling where the anomalies exist. Climbing the sides of buildings works, but is very time consuming. The easiest method is to first teleport west of the location of the anomaly to the Midas Tower retrorero phone booth and then use the glider to float to the surface of the roof of the Vitop building, where the anomaly can be found.

Fast travel to Midas Tower Retrorero Phone Booth Located west of the location of the anomaly. You can activate this teleport point by taking the red door portal on the first floor of the Midas Tower to reach the top of the tower and then climbing the platforming puzzle section to reach the phone booth. From the top of Midas Tower, look east, and you will see the opposite A nearby building.

Heaven's Forsaken Anomaly Commission Never Eternity (8)

Jump off the tower and Move down towards the roof of the Witop building To reach the forsaken anomaly of heaven.

Defeat the tide of misfortune to remove the anomaly and complete the anomaly commission. NTE.
