Shinju clones can naturally fly and be agitated
Due to the generic Otsutsuki traits of the Shinju clones, they naturally have true flight abilities. Effortless levitation and aerial movement come as second nature to these humanoid god trees, allowing them to freely maneuver the battlefield, avoid ground-based attacks, and engage opponents from any angle they choose.
Among the Shinju clones, Jura is the one who often shows real flight in battle. He first demonstrated this ability during his heated encounter with Himawari, then used it again while chasing and fighting Boruto and Kawaki in the Land of Wind, highlighting how naturally he fights through air.

Shinju Hidari's Chidori is imperfect but deadly
As long as Sasuke Uchiha is out of commission, Shinju Hidari has unlimited access to his abilities, including the coveted Chidori. Sasuke can only return to normal after retrieving Hidari's Thorn Soul Bulb.
As for Hidari himself, he naturally inherited Sasuke's signature techniques, giving him instant mastery of Wood Release as well as Lightning and Fire Release shared by all Shinju clones. Hidari's Chidori is still incomplete due to the lack of his Sharingan, but he is still able to wield the technique with immense power.

Shinju Ryu's iron sand is hard to counter
Unlike Mamushi, whose signature ability is Division, Shinju Ryu has Magnet Release, which grants him complete control over Iron Sand. As a Shinju clone created from Shinki of the Sand Village, Ryu naturally inherited his template's signature techniques, giving him instant access to the series' most powerful kekkei genkai.
With the iron sand, Ryu wins and easily captures the code. Ryu can also shape iron sand into various constructs, including a fake Thorn Soul Bulb used to deceive Sarada and the others. He is able to coat his targets with iron sand, manipulating them into attacking each other. To make matters worse, Ryu can transform his body into iron sand, increasing his mobility, defenses, and overall lethality in battle.

Shinju Mamushi's ability to divide makes numbers his greatest weapon
Within each Shinju clone Boruto Uses a unique ability, and in the case of Shinju Mamushi, he was able to weaponize his division's forces during his attempt to swallow Eida in Konoha. His Division ability is similar to the Shadow Clone Jutsu, but the main difference is that it does not split its chakra between the clones, allowing each division to retain its full combat capabilities.
Mamushi's Division ability allows her to create countless perfect copies of herself, enabling her to attack large groups when attacking Konoha. The downside to Mamushi's splitting ability is that the more clones she creates, the less intelligence and rational judgment each one retains. Yet, despite their diminished logic they never lose their relentless bloodlust.

Shinju clones' claw marks give them exceptional mobility
Cod's reckless decision to apply his claw marks to the teenage Ten-Tails eventually gave the Shinju clones access to their own powerful Shinjutsu. This ability has become one of their most versatile techniques, allowing them to instantly travel between claw marks, relocate across the battlefield, or launch deadly surprise attacks.
For example, when Boruto appeared in the Land of Wind, Jura immediately tracked him down by releasing a nearby Claw Grim attached to Code's Claw Marks. This allowed Jura to reach Boruto almost immediately, forcing them into a life-or-death fight Two blue vortexes.

The strength of Jura's tailed beast is unlike any other
Like Naruto As fans know, the Tailed Beast Ball is one of the most devastating techniques in the series, capable of wiping out vast areas and destroying almost anything caught in its direct path. While most users must spend time charging up the Tailed Beast Ball before firing it, the Shinju clone's Jura can quickly unleash the technique, allowing him to bombard his opponents without any noticeable buildup.
Jura can also change the shape and form of his Tailed Beast Balls, firing them as compact projectiles or focusing them into devastating laser-like energy beams. He can also control the timing of the Tailed Beast Ball's explosion, choosing whether it explodes on direct impact or after a deliberate delay to catch his opponents off guard.

Shinju Clone's Wood release makes them nearly invincible
Whenever a Shinju clone fights on the battlefield, they mainly rely on Wood Release for offensive and defensive purposes. For example, Matsuri used Wood Release to manipulate roots and turn her dress into a deadly wooden structure. The same is true for Jura, who dazzles his opponents by creating giant wood release formations in an instant.
When it comes to defense, Jura relies on Wood Release to reveal large tree branches, which he can merge to regenerate lost body parts with remarkable speed. Thanks to this regenerative ability, Jura is an incredibly difficult task to take down, as even fatal injuries can be regenerated, making him an exceptionally resilient opponent.

The Shinju clones' dual Rinnegan make them even more terrifying
While it was difficult for ordinary shinobi to gain access to the Rinnegan, Shinju clones were born with them. Since they are branches of the teenage Ten-Tails, who already have the Rinnegan, they naturally have access to these terrifying Otsutsuki Dojutsu. For some reason, however, most Shinju clones do not rely on the Rinnegan's abilities in active combat.
Jura is the only Shinju clone confirmed to wield the Rinnegan in such a devastating manner, using it to fire a Tailed Beast Ball directly from his eyes. Unlike Jura, other Shinju clones rely primarily on Wood Release and unique abilities derived from their original templates rather than exploiting the Rinnegan's techniques to defeat their opponents.
