ZA officially bans 25 Pokemon

Pokemon Legends: ZA A total of 25 Pokemon are to be banned from battles. Pokemon Legends: ZA It's been getting updates every three weeks since its release, and while the amount of new content has been steady, there's still plenty of reason to keep coming back to the game eight months after launch. An important part of the updates Pokemon Legends: ZA gets is a change of season, introducing new rewards for players to earn and new rules for ranked battles.

Its many features, all Pokemon Legends: ZA Mega Evolutions have become the main attraction for the game, as the gimmick returned after a long hiatus starting with Gen 8 in 2019. Switching to a completely different battle system with no modes or abilities and instead, real-time moves is an attractive option, but it didn't sit well with all fans. Still, ranked battles became mandatory in a way, as they were and still are the only source for certain Mega Stones, such as Gen 6 and Gen 3 starters, as well as Baxcalibur.

Pokemon Legends: ZASeason 13 comes out on June 25, and the new Ranked Battle ruleset completely bans all Legendary and Mythical Pokemon. This is not the first time Pokemon Legends: ZA Limits myths and legends, as it happens cyclically every few seasons. However, with the release of additional content, such as Mega Stones for the Sceptile, Swampert, and Blaziken, after banning these Pokémon in the past, it was expected that Legendaries and Mythicals would last longer in Ranked Battles.

Rather, later Pokemon Legends: ZA Banned Pokemon was made available in Season 12 with very few limitations, the game is going back to square one. This includes many Pokemon that have received their Mega Evolution for the first time Pokemon Legends: ZALike Mega Heatran and Mega Zeraora, so fans who want to use them in the ranks won't be able to for at least a season or two. It might sting even more considering it's available in Pokemon Pokemon Champions Regulation MB does not include legends and mythology either. In general, Legendary Pokemon are not allowed in VGC, but Legendary Pokemon are treated as regular Pokemon with no limit, or as a set of restricted Pokemon that can only be used in a team like one or two in a limited amount. This is no longer the case Pokemon Legends: ZAof Season 13, and players won't be able to use any of those 25 Pokemon.

What fun season 8 was, ever Pokemon Legends: ZA With only Pokémon capable of Mega Evolution being allowed, it would be interesting to see future seasons do something similar instead of back and forth on the ban. However, if the current formula continues, fans can expect some of these 25 banned Pokemon to return in Season 14, most or all of them in Season 15, then more Banned Pokemon in Season 16, and so on.
