By doing this, CC Vegeta transforms Berserk Super Saiyan Blue into a fully controlled version of the transformation that gives him a new aura and massive power boost. Power-wise, Berserk Super Saiyan Blue (Controlled) is shown to be as strong as CC Goku's version of Ultra Instinct Sign, making it the strongest form in the entire franchise.
